Halo for me

Since its release on the gaming scene xbox has been a prominate system in the gaming community. Alot of it's popularity can be attributed to the Halo series especially Halo 1. The original Halo was one of the first games released on the xbox and was the fore front for the xbox for many years. I have had the xbox and Halo from day they came out, and at first I didn't like the xbox because of how different it was compaired to the Playstaion systems, the main reason i dislike it was because of how large the controllers were and how the buttons were set up, first off I'm a girl and have much smaller hands then most guys that play video games which makes it hard even for me now to have complete control when using the orginal xbox controlers but in 2001 when i was a mere 9 years old it was almosy impossible for me to hold the controller. However when I started playing Halo with my older brother I became addicted. I have always liked simplistic games some of my favorites at his time were Jak and Daxter, spyro, Tony Hawk, all very straight forward games that took little effort to understand to to play. What i liked about Halo was that although there were many level and a lot of thing going on the game play was pretty simple for it being a war type game. At heart I am still a Playstation type of girl and if it weren't for Halo and a few others the Xbox would not interest me at all.
since my obsession for Halo started it has never waned, I have all the games except Halo Wars because I was just not that captivated by what it was, I was one of the many camped out in front of my local eb games awaiting the release of Halo 3 and then convinced my dad that i was sick for three days after that just so i could play it after he left for work each day, it may seem totally not like me now but there was a time where I sported not only Halo shirts but also a kid Halo backpack, I even have a poster of master chief in my room at my parents house, and although those days are gone and I am not as Halo obsessed as I once was i still consider myself a huge fan and a player that could hold her own against any opponent.
